Start in three steps
- Add your team. Choose a department, open Manage employees and crews, enter a name, and select Add. Use Crew for shared installation work. Your payroll or CRM ID is optional; the app can create one.
- Add the numbers. Choose the results date and a name in Whose results? Enter each result and the count behind it. Or choose Employee or crew results in the upload section and download the matching Excel template.
- See the next action. Open the employee scorecard. It shows the saved result, department goal, workload, recent history, and a specific check. The seven-day view follows the person you selected.
What count should I enter?
Use the same definition and measurement period for every person. Enter 65 for 65%. A count means the eligible records behind that particular KPI, so counts can differ between KPIs.
| Department / KPI | Workload count | Extra field |
|---|---|---|
| Service — Average ticket | Completed service jobs | None |
| Service — Conversion rate | Eligible estimates | None |
| Service — Callback rate | Eligible completed jobs | None |
| Install — Gross margin | Completed installs | Install revenue in dollars |
| Install — Jobs completed on time | Eligible installs | None |
| Install — Warranty callback rate | Eligible installs | None |
| Call Center — Booking rate | Eligible booking inquiries | None |
| Call Center — Calls answered | Incoming calls | None |
| Call Center — Average response time | Requests measured | Enter the average in seconds |
No activity? Use No activity this day. In a spreadsheet, enter count 0 and leave result and revenue blank. An unknown number stays blank until you have it. A genuine zero result still needs its positive workload count.
Upload a spreadsheet
- Add names in Manage employees first. Choose Department totals or Employee or crew results in the upload section.
- Download the matching template. Employee IDs and names are already filled in; results and counts are blank.
- Fill in the values. Use revenue only for Gross margin. Keep employee IDs unchanged, especially when two people share a name.
- Upload Excel (.xlsx or .xls) or CSV. Choose the matching columns, select Preview results, check the names and counts, then Save results.
One row is one employee, one KPI, and one date. A corrected upload replaces only that matching record. Files support up to 2,500 rows and 5 MB. Use YYYY-MM-DD or MM/DD/YYYY dates; paste spreadsheet formulas as values before importing.
How the department total works
When every roster entry has reported a standard KPI, the app weights employee results by their workload counts. For example, 60% conversion from 10 estimates and 80% from 90 estimates produces a 78% department rate. Gross margin is weighted by install revenue.
Missing employee entries are flagged. A separately entered department total takes priority. Custom KPIs and mixed employee/crew records also need a separate department total.
Count shared work once. Put a shared installation job under its crew, rather than recording the same job for every installer. Compare similar work before drawing conclusions about a person.
Understand the suggestions
Suggestions use the selected person’s saved results and current department goals. When enough daily records are available, unchanged misses advance to a different check. A suggested check does not prove a cause or mean the previous action was completed.
Fewer than 10 source records is labelled Small sample. Review those records before judging performance. This is a review flag, not a statistical guarantee. Missing or no-activity days are not treated as a zero performance result.
Managers see their assigned department. The owner sees purchased departments. Existing daily reports include selected employee checks; open the dashboard for every person’s full scorecard. Employee profiles do not create logins or send emails to employees.

What is included?
$197/month per department includes up to 50 active employee or crew tracking profiles, up to 10 KPI goals, one assigned manager, daily manager and owner summaries, and seven-day trends. Employee tracking adds no per-person subscription fee. Archive inactive profiles to make room; their saved history is preserved.
Manual entry and spreadsheet imports work now. Automatic CRM connections depend on integration access. See products and the founding-customer offer.
